These values are known as \"IKHLAS\", which manifests as Instrumental Values based on the Noble Values of Pancasila as Fundamental values. IKHLAS stands for:<\/p><table width=\"607\"><tbody><tr><td width=\"87\"><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>IKHLAS<\/strong><\/p><\/td><td width=\"520\"><p style=\"text-align: center;\">Keterangan<\/p><\/td><\/tr><tr><td width=\"87\"><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>I<\/strong><\/p><\/td><td width=\"520\"><p>Integritas, artinya setiap insan universitas Pancasila harus bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa dan mengutamakan kejujuran dan tanggung jawab dalam pelaksanaan tugas.<\/p><\/td><\/tr><tr><td width=\"87\"><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>K<\/strong><\/p><\/td><td width=\"520\"><p>Kompeten, meaning that every Pancasila University person has competence (<em>hardskills <\/em>and <em>softskills<\/em>) in advancing Pancasila University in accordance with their roles and functions.<\/p><\/td><\/tr><tr><td width=\"87\"><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>H<\/strong><\/p><\/td><td width=\"520\"><p>Harmoni, meaning that every Pancasila University person is able to maintain and maintain harmony in diversity \/ difference.<\/p><\/td><\/tr><tr><td width=\"87\"><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>L<\/strong><\/p><\/td><td width=\"520\"><p>Loyalitas, meaning that every person of Pancasila University has loyalty to Pancasila and Pancasila University Institution, including its vision and mission.<\/p><\/td><\/tr><tr><td width=\"87\"><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>A<\/strong><\/p><\/td><td width=\"520\"><p>Antusias, meaning that every Pancasila University person has high enthusiasm in completing their responsible tasks.<\/p><\/td><\/tr><tr><td width=\"87\"><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>S<\/strong><\/p><\/td><td width=\"520\"><p>Solidaritas, meaning that every Pancasila University person is able to work together and compact in improving the quality of academic and non-academic services for continuous performance improvement.<\/p><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><p>Instrumental Values \"IKHLAS\" are translated into Praxis Values which are operationalized by the Academic Community into 5 (five) C namely Commitment, Competence, Conscience, Compassion and Consistent.
