Learning Achievement
Graduates of the Pancasila University S-1 Management Study Program have the following attitudes:
- devoted to God Almighty and able to demonstrate a religious attitude;

Knowledge Mastery
Graduates of the S-1 Management Study Program at Pancasila University have mastery of the following knowledge:
- master in-depth theoretical concepts of management;
- master in-depth theories, methods, and analytical tools on management functions including planning, implementing, directing, monitoring, evaluating, and controlling;
- In-depth knowledge of organizational functions including finance, operations, marketing, and human resources;
- deeply master the concepts and techniques of developing strategic plans and translating them into operational plans;
- mastering research methods in the field of management;
- mastering in depth the principles of leadership and entrepreneurship in various types of organizations; and
- master the knowledge of investment risk.
General Skills
Graduates of the Pancasila University S-1 Management Study Program have the following general skills:
- able to apply logical, critical, systematic, and innovative thinking in the context of developing or implementing science and technology by paying attention to and applying humanities values in accordance with their field of expertise;
- able to demonstrate independent, quality and measurable performance;
- able to examine the implications of the development or implementation of science and technology by paying attention to and applying humanities values in accordance with their expertise based on scientific rules, procedures and ethics in order to produce solutions, ideas, designs or art criticism;
- able to compile a scientific description of the results of the study above in the form of a thesis or final project report, and upload it on the college website;
- able to make appropriate decisions in the context of problem solving in their field of expertise, based on the results of information and data analysis;
- able to maintain and develop a network of work with mentors, colleagues, peers both inside and outside the institution;
- able to be responsible for the achievement of group work, supervise, and evaluate the completion of work assigned to workers under his/her responsibility;
- able to carry out a self-evaluation process of the work group under his responsibility, and able to manage learning independently; and
- able to document, store, secure, and retrieve data to ensure validity and prevent plagiarism.
