In order to achieve the organizational goals that have been implemented, Pancasila University has organizational cultural values that are agreed upon, understood and must be practiced by all the academic community. These values are known as "IKHLAS", which manifests as Instrumental Values based on the Noble Values of Pancasila as Fundamental values. IKHLAS stands for:

I | Integritas, artinya setiap insan universitas Pancasila harus bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa dan mengutamakan kejujuran dan tanggung jawab dalam pelaksanaan tugas. |
K | Kompeten, meaning that every Pancasila University person has competence (hardskills and softskills) in advancing Pancasila University in accordance with their roles and functions. |
H | Harmoni, meaning that every Pancasila University person is able to maintain and maintain harmony in diversity / difference. |
L | Loyalitas, meaning that every person of Pancasila University has loyalty to Pancasila and Pancasila University Institution, including its vision and mission. |
A | Antusias, meaning that every Pancasila University person has high enthusiasm in completing their responsible tasks. |
S | Solidaritas, meaning that every Pancasila University person is able to work together and compact in improving the quality of academic and non-academic services for continuous performance improvement. |
Instrumental Values "IKHLAS" are translated into Praxis Values which are operationalized by the Academic Community into 5 (five) C namely Commitment, Competence, Conscience, Compassion and Consistent. Through the application of the three layers of values (Fundamental - Instrumental - Praxis) in campus life - society - nation - and state, it is hoped that the Pancasila University Academic Community and graduates will have the character of Adaptive to the development of science and technology and the times, Productive in their respective main tasks and functions, Innovative in resource management mindset, and Contributive to society, nation and state wherever Pancasila University people work.
