Participant Requirements
- Graduates of public and domestic public high schools/vocational schools/MA/MAK.
- Graduates of foreign high school equivalents who have received a certificate of equality from the Ministry of Education and Culture or the Education and Culture Office.
- Meet the health requirements set by the respective study programs.
Special Requirements for Transfer Students
- Fill out the online registration form, after that convert courses to the Pancasila University Study Program (more info, contact the destination study program).
- The originating College must be registered in the College Database (PDPT). For info on Universities Registered with PDPT please klik disini.
- Have a Certificate from the original College.

Re-enlistment Requirements
Re-registration requirements for those who are accepted by the Regular Program are
- Choose a payment method and print a billing number by :
- Go to http://pmbonline.univpancasila.ac.id Click Register, Login.
- On the main menu, select 'PAYMENTS'
- Select 'PRINT BILLING'
- If there are two 'Pay' buttons, select one of them to make payment for the study program you are interested in.
- Select the Payment Model (in full, or installments).
- Select the 'SAVE' button
- Select 'PRINT BILLING' button
Please pay the first semester tuition fee according to the bank and date indicated on the billing.
- Confirm your Proof of Payment Upload by :
- Go to http://pmbonline.univpancasila.ac.id, Click Register, Login.
- On the main menu, select 'PAYMENTS'
- Select 'CONFIRM PAYMENT'
- After confirmation is complete, a success message will come out
- Check the Payment Status, if it has a blue checklist, it means that it has been verified by UP Finance.
- Prepare & Submit Registration Files no later than 1 (one) week after making Semester 1 Payment:
- Fill in the Student Information System (SIM), click the link provided, fill in the data completely and click Save.>
- Print the Student Activity System (SAM), click the link provided, fill in the form if there is interest.
- Print the Statement, click on the link provided, fill in the Statement and sign it.
- Print Proof of Passing/Accepted at Pancasila University, see your respective registration account.
- Copy of ID card.
- Copy of family card.
- Photocopy of diploma, if the diploma is not available, it can be followed later.
- Drug Free Certificate, issued by the Hospital/Health Lab/Clinic.
- Health Certificate (Faculty of Psychology only), issued by Hospital / Health Lab / Clinic
- Certificate of No Color Blindness (for Faculty of Pharmacy and Architecture Study Program), issued by Hospital/Health Lab/Clinic.
- Color photo - Dress Shirt (name written on the back of the photo) with the following number and size:
Size & Quantity Required For 2 x 3 = 1 piece 1 for Faculty 3 x 4 = 5 pieces 2 for SAM, 3 for Faculty 4 x 6 = 2 pieces 2 for Faculty - All files are submitted to the Registration site for verification as well as the collection of alma mater jackets (if for some reason the prospective student cannot come to campus to submit the re-registration file, then the file can be uploaded to http://pmbonline.univpancasila.ac.id each registration account).
- Alamater jacket collection is no later than August 31, 2022.
If the Registration/Re-registration process has been completed, the next step is to participate in the New Student Campus Life Introduction (PKKMB) activities.
